We find each time that if we RDP back into that same system, the RDP session seems to work without issues. It happens when we RDP into a remote system, like a server, and occurs maybe a few seconds after connecting.
My company has adopted Windows 10 and we are noticing that amongst other little hiccups that RDP (mstsc) is hanging fairly frequently.
